Wendy has 28 years in the industry working in the role of retail garden center and landscape department management. Leaving the retail/landscape management role in 2000 to become a partner in The Garden Center Group, Wendy coordinates client services, manages communication flow between clients and service providers, performs administrative duties and plans all Group events.

In addition she oversees the Mystery Shop Program which has performed over 1600 mystery shops creating benchmarks for customer service in the garden center industry.

Weekly updates to the Clients Only section of The Group website is Wendy's ongoing responsibility which allows Group clients to have the latest information, trends and photos from industry events and garden centers around the country.
